Wonderful branch! Great service and friendly people. Every person I have worked with there has been great, so if I list names I’ll leave someone out. They called me to tell me a CD was due and saved me a trip. Fabulous!
i had a charge on my card I wanted to dispute so I called the customer assistance for them to totally screw me over. the First Lady I talked to on the phone told me the charge was no longer pending and had gone through so I was would need to block it. she did not tell me I would be unable to use my card for 10 days, I had to have it mailed to me because I am no longer living on the cape and i made it clear I could not go into a branch. she only told me that I would not be able to use my card at all till after she had cancele... read more
