I've done business at Cape Cod 5 for a long time - recently I was upset when trying to open a custodial account at the Sandwich branch with some overly complicated paperwork... so I went to another bank and the process was easy. I will say the assistant manager really was teriffic with his explanation of the process & how he handled everything & I will continue to bank with the 5.
I am so sorry that I decided to come back to CC5. Not the same bank since they merged. I cancelled my mortgage application this week after feeling like - the bank was never going to have enough information. I guess I was too great a risk - looking for a 62% loan on a property that's paid off, healthy income, no debt and healthly income & assets. The five stars is for Dan Pulit. 3 years ago Dan helped us through a grueling time sensitive purchase and sale. Back then he was professional, precise and always available. Things havent changed. Within the last 2 months I reached out to him about refinancing my mortgage. He stood by us the whole way and led us through the process. We just closed this past Wednesday and it was extremely quick and painless. I would definitely recommend doing business with cape cod five and especially Dan Pulit.
