5 start because I will never be here again! Now I am happy with the bank !
I've done business at Cape Cod 5 for a long time - recently I was upset when trying to open a custodial account at the Sandwich branch with some overly complicated paperwork... so I went to another bank and the process was easy. I will say the assistant manager really was teriffic with his explanation of the process & how he handled everything & I will continue to bank with the 5.
I am so sorry that I decided to come back to CC5. Not the same bank since they merged. I cancelled my mortgage application this week after feeling like - the bank was never going to have enough information. I guess I was too great a risk - looking for a 62% loan on a property that's paid off, healthy income, no debt and healthly income & assets.
