I ordered an item online and was notified immediately that it was a fraudulent place. I stopped my ATM card and wasn’t able to get to my local branch the next day. I went to the Falmouth branch and was greeted with a smile by Joshua Hayes. He explained the process and I received a new card. He then helped me reset the information on my app. After a busy day and a bit stressful about my account it was a pleasure to be treated with respect and be able to talk with a real human being. Thanks for your help.
Always an easy in and out. Never a big line. People are nice and knowledgeable.
Never able to help when needed, there answering service has always helped me log in when I’ve had issues and now all of a sudden they don’t. There atms never seem to work and the workers are mostly rude and don’t know what there really doing even tho there handling other peoples money. I’m switching to citizens and never going back to cape cod 5 I’ve never had a worst bank in my life especially with there customer service/ phone service. Disappointing
