Great work by Kim and other staff at this location. They saved a senior from loosing 10k to scammers and it led to the takedown of a serial scammer the same day! Great work. Check out YT for the bodycam video.

“Rude” is being polite. I worked for CC5 for 14 years. They are stink now. Hard to believe that in 20 years they’ve become THE WORST bank on Cape Cod. You can’t even call a branch anymore, calls go direct to the 800 Call Center.
I'm getting tired of hearing lame words every time I go to change my check at this bank, (with my ID in hand) they keep asking each other if they can change it! Could it be that because I arrive all dirty from work and the value of the check is high, it doesn't happen with one specific attendant but with several, I've been cashing checks from this bank for a year. I'm really very sad
Best bank. One and only I use since I was 14
