The one bank that has everything - smart people and willing help by lateral thinking staff, when I went to send money to South Africa they went beyond to help and make double sure it happened in time and to the right place, Location is perfect as it is on the corner visible fro hundreds of yards and well signposted, at the window or the Door there is always a smile and a courtesy no matter the time. in these troubled times I am thankful for that friendly smile and the "Can Do approach"

This company as a whole doesnt follow their own policies, closes accounts without notice via app or email within 6 days of having a negative balance. Banked with them for several years with zero issues until my account was closed without my knowledge resulting in loss of benefit payments for my disabled son. What a shame that a local company doesnt keep their customers in mind while stating that they "are there to help you." Worst location this bank has. It’s closest to me but I go to a different one because every time I go here none of the employees acknowledge you for 5-10 minutes. Not a hello or someone will be right with you or anything.
