This company as a whole doesnt follow their own policies, closes accounts without notice via app or email within 6 days of having a negative balance. Banked with them for several years with zero issues until my account was closed without my knowledge resulting in loss of benefit payments for my disabled son. What a shame that a local company doesnt keep their customers in mind while stating that they "are there to help you." Worst location this bank has. It’s closest to me but I go to a different one because every time I go here none of the employees acknowledge you for 5-10 minutes. Not a hello or someone will be right with you or anything.

Great work by Kim and other staff at this location. They saved a senior from loosing 10k to scammers and it led to the takedown of a serial scammer the same day! Great work. Check out YT for the bodycam video.
