This is a review of Google maps for this bank location. I was at AAA office across the street in another shopping mall. I needed cash for a transaction, I opened maps and asked for location of the nearest Cape cod 5 bank. Instead of sending me across it sent me back on Rt6 and returned after one exit, then it took me to the bank, 10 miles of wasted gas and time. This is the first time that Google maps has screwed me.
I used to love this bank but they keep making the hours on Fridays shorter and shorter which is not fair to the working people trying to cash their paychecks. Most people this time a year work on Saturdays which is also short hours That they are open. the lobby used to be open till seven on Fridays then it changed to 530. But the drive-through was still open till seven. Now the drive-through closes at six. Some people do not get out of work at 5 o’clock on the button so it’s extremely difficult to get there in time.
