Bob and Ashley were so kind and helpful!! I came in with no clue what was going on with some running related knee pain and left with a comprehensive plan to strengthen my hips in order to mitigate the pain. They also helped me find a new PT place to go to when I move out of state. Overall super helpful in helping me deal with the pain to get back to running. Thanks so much!!
