It's an over 55 village , 10 minute stroll into town ,indoor pool,if I had the money i would definitely buy one.
Water exercises are really good, run by paul and jim from the local hospital physio department. I don't think i could manage without it. It is preparing me for my 2nd knee surgery. I find i can do more in the water. It really helps me.
