Florence, Robert and Al were so accommodating, letting me try on 6 or 7 caps. I bought 3; they let me buy directly, as I drove all the way there, despite their usually selling only wholesale. So so nice and friendly and I LOVE their hats!
Outstanding customer service!!! Great product! I spoke with Florence, after telling her what I was looking for she suggested the Big Apple. This is the hat that I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much!
Very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the lovely Bolero Hat!
Recently I requested a style of hat that matches one that my son had purchased from the JJ Hat Co. in NYC close to 15 years ago. In a very short period Florence surprised me by finding the exact sample hat and now father and son have matching fly fishing hats! Your company rocks, and for those that are searching for the right headwear there is no need to go anywhere else…..thank you Brad Myrick
I purchased a Capas hat in a small hat shop in Galena, Illinois. For the price, it is the most comfortable hat I've worn in a long time, plus it looks great. I'm a hat snob and I was really happy to find this brand and fit.
