I started with Kate at Capacity less than two months ago and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I'm receiving. Ellie is the best. People call her a miracle worker and it's not an exaggeration... except that it's science and she is incredibly knowledgeable.
I received multiple recommendations for Capacity PT, particularly for runners seeking PT. Kate was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in a thorough manner. She was able to accommodate my busy schedule with exercises and follow up appointments at intervals that worked for me. The exercises Kate gave me were very doable and always targeted to my goals and the specific sport (whether running or mountain biking). Highly recommend!
