Working with David has been fantastic. I initially came in for my knee at the end of summer to make sure I was ready for ski season after tearing my ACL and a prior surgery on my meniscus. These guys are excellent. Imaging revealed that the pain in my hips was from a torn labrum and early stage arthritis - something that can only truly be 'healed' by surgery, eventually a hip replacement. I have been going to Ellie at Capacity for the past 2 months as part of a post-shoulder surgery rehab PT porgram and I am very happy with my progress and the support I am getting. I get hands on care care from Ellie, a registered physiotheraprist for the full hour of my appointment. I am not handed off to a tech. All of the staff are professional & personable, the facility is clean and well-equipped and they have great snacks! I highly recomend Capacity Performance!
