Great company and people. I had an issue (on my side) with one of their products and they were VERY quick to resolve. I placed a second order and it also was quick to arrive.
Ben and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating, and were accurate in their diagnosis, and delivery. Very friendly and easy to communicate with! Five stars for sure
Samsung 21700-50s (5 ah) purchased, tested and found to be less than 4 ah.
Shipping time was absolutely disgusting, ordered mid October and was not shipped until almost 3 months later. Only buy from this store if you want to be waiting months for simple products when they were apparently "in stock" instore. Gave almost zero updates during waiting TO BE SHIPPED. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
