I had Walter have his "team" attempt to work two files for me. It should have been pretty simply as the charge was only 50.00. I paid the 50.00 before seeing the files completed (shame on me) and not he refuses to give it back. I sent the files back and the second time they were still wrong. I have since found someone to do them correct the first time. I told Walter if he needed the 50.00 that bad he should just keep it. I will not being using this firm again.
