Went in for change for a weekend trip. The young lady that assisted me was very nice. She noticed while I was waiting my turn I read the sign for free insurance estimates and asked if I wanted to have an associate reach out? She took time explain how it worked as well! I was very appreciative as customer service these days can be difficult to come by.
Love the teller line girls. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Danielle, Julia, Riley, VJ. I asked their names because people are so quick to post a bad review but not when they have a good experience, and I’m here to shed light on them. It’s always chaotic and busy in this branch. But everyone pushes thru with a smile and gives the best customer service. They don’t push you out. It gives that hometown bank feel when you come to this branch.
