Easy quick signup online. Clean, quick, welcoming branch location. Pretty quick and attentive. Even during the peak busy times (lunch, Fridays, etc) they chew thru any lines pretty quick. The teller atm branches dispersed throughout the area are pretty handy too. Also great that they are part of the Co-Op shared branch network of ATM's and branch locations.
We switched to this bank because of years of poor customer service at Bank of American. Although the employees are nice I have to go in AGAIN today for a new card. This is the 2nd time in 6 months my account was hacked. I will be looking for another bank which REALLY frustrates me.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Maria at the Broadview FCU Latham branch on Route 9. She helped me after my debit card was compromised and $1,300 in fraudulent airline ticket purchases were made. Maria immediately got me a new debit card, explained the fraud process with Mastercard, and stayed vigilant — keeping me updated every step of the way. I went in after calling to ask about getting a card replaced and being directed here. Stood in line 30 minute just for them to say "our machine is down" and they weren't even apologetic. Like "nevermind that we wasted your time and we have 6 staff members in front but only two are taking customers. 8 people in line and no greeter, but yeah our machine is down"
Rude people work here.
