I went in after calling to ask about getting a card replaced and being directed here. Stood in line 30 minute just for them to say "our machine is down" and they weren't even apologetic. Like "nevermind that we wasted your time and we have 6 staff members in front but only two are taking customers. 8 people in line and no greeter, but yeah our machine is down"
Rude people work here.
