I've been a member since before the merger and have had nothing but good experiences at this branch. The specific reason that I'm writing this review is that I had to get a name change application notorized and Ashleigh was the person who helped me, she was very prompt and kind. I highly recommend Broadview FCU in general and this branch in particular.
I I have been a member for many years and this is the first time I went in this branch. I wanted to open up a checking account and TASHAY was my relationship banker. She was the best person I’ve ever dealt with in all the years, I’ve been a member thank you.
Do not bank here!!! Stood at the teller desk for an hour just to be told they can’t help me because their system wasn’t working. Absolutely incompetent and useless - teller was super nice the management though is rude short and entirely unhelpful
My sister and I met with Ashleigh in April re ongoing issues we had with online banking and fees charged during overseas travel. Ashleigh was professional, efficient and quietly competent. She listened intently, addressed each of our issues, and quickly resolved our concerns to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with our experience.
