I just wanted to say that I am sorry to the bank tellers who were working today between 1:00pm -2:00pm. I didn’t catch their names, but two tellers were doing all that they could with a line of people and DID NOT DESERVE the nasty comments some of the customers waiting in line said. Shame on the two old men, who were clearly impatient and have nothing better to do with their lives, that berated the two tellers. Shoutout to the workers for staying calm and not feeding into the unnecessary behavior.

Need to train staff MUCH better. I went in to make a deposit and then transfer funds to another credit union. I was served by a teller named Stephane. He spent the ENTIRE transaction distracted and chatting with coworkers. He barely made any eye contact and had to repeatedly ask me for the same information. In addition Stephane had to recount my money repeatedly because of his conversations he deemed to be more important. Been a member for awhile now . Went in to inquire about a car loan . I met with Tiffany Messing and she was an angel sent from heaven ! She sat with me went over all my options and explained everything to me . She knew I went in too early and that I needed more knowledge on the car I wanted before running a credit check that would be a hard hit to my credit. I've been a member since before the merger and have had nothing but good experiences at this branch. The specific reason that I'm writing this review is that I had to get a name change application notorized and Ashleigh was the person who helped me, she was very prompt and kind. I highly recommend Broadview FCU in general and this branch in particular.
