I I have been a member for many years and this is the first time I went in this branch. I wanted to open up a checking account and TASHAY was my relationship banker. She was the best person I’ve ever dealt with in all the years, I’ve been a member thank you.
Do not bank here!!! Stood at the teller desk for an hour just to be told they can’t help me because their system wasn’t working. Absolutely incompetent and useless - teller was super nice the management though is rude short and entirely unhelpful
My sister and I met with Ashleigh in April re ongoing issues we had with online banking and fees charged during overseas travel. Ashleigh was professional, efficient and quietly competent. She listened intently, addressed each of our issues, and quickly resolved our concerns to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with our experience.
This bank needs to do better! I waited past my lunch time (half an hour) just to setup autopay for my auto loan! The guy who helped me was not mean or rude. It just seems that it shouldn't take that long for something that simple. And I only went there to set it up because I was having difficulties setting it up on the website after setting up my own login account! The website should not be that troublesome! I've never had this problem with other banks with auto loans.
