Unfortunately, no matter SEFCU has taken over capcom banks , the games they play. Are sefcu games? Back in July I went into Broadview which is owned by.sefcu for a certified check, counter check , bank check. They're all the same. To paid my rent with that check for July. On July 15th. The check was returned stating there was a problem with the check. After contacting Broadview in regards to that check. They have no record why the check was returned back to the other bank. For the love of god, please finish the construction at the other location down the road. The employees of this branch are the rudest and least professional of any bank I’ve ever been to. This is not hyperbole, just bulldoze this wretched hellmouth and move on.
Was with CapComFCU over 20 years. Nothing but issues since the merge, AWFUL customer service from Broadview, rude employees. Closed a flex loan with no notice, Stephanie in the loan department was RUDE, unhelpful & needs training on customer service. Tried removing myself from my adult children’s accounts 3 separate times and the accounts are still linked. Absolutely ridiculous all the way around, no idea how you’re even in business. DO NOT do business here. Moving all my accounts.

I Liked this bank when it was Cap Com. Now im gonna go to the other one in the Market 32 plaza down the street. This one on Bender Lane is terrible! Not going back.
