I have been having problems since just before the merger. The problems have are still not resolved. Try to get my self removed of "old" account's so my adult kid's can be on their own. I had removed my self once before. What happened I don't , but the bank we use in said all was taken care of. But not...
It is Monday business hours and there is ONLY 1 person to conduct business. Horrendous customer service. 4 of us waiting.
