I had a great experience there, the people are very friendly. And i got some free money after opening my savings account. Definitely recommend for students on campus!
Definitely some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We are in the process of a refinance and are getting some documents signed. It was putting signatures in the wrong location. Well the employee David said if it’s off a little off they can “adjust as needed”. Once a signature hits a document there is no “adjusting” it. I call right away and ask to speak to a supervisor where I get Ben. I have never been interrupted so many times before in my life.
