I went for a massage with my adult daughter - we are from out of town. The massage was wonderful but spa was a bit lacking. The steam room wasn't on and there was no attendant in the locker room to ask - I had to go out to the front desk in my towel to ask for help. They turned it on - why wasn't it on to begin with? Also, since there was no attendant, there were used towels around and on the relaxation chairs for quite a while - for these prices I shouldn't have to pick up the towels of others!! This club was amazing. We enjoyed the fitness center, fitness classes, vitality floor and spa salon and services. The staff was extremely helpful and the fitness instructors so knowledgeable. We left our day at the club feeling relaxed and satisfied. Will definitely visit again.
We had massages on Sunday and Juan was my massage therapist. He was absolutely wonderful! He got all of the knots out of my shoulder and it feels so much better. The spa is amazing, clean and well appointed, we will definitely be back.
Not a great experience, seems overpriced for the experience. The message was underwhelming for me although my wife claims Breanna is the best masseuse shes ever had. My wife was disappointed that she wasn't offered sparkling wine at reception. The facilities are nice and clean. Also the “couples message includes opening a side door so that you can view your spouse during services. Not really worth the upcharge. Overall it was like 600 for the couples message which includes gratuity. I dont understand why gratuity keeps creep... read more
