Had a couples massage, was a bit disappointed. Quite pricey and our 50 minute was less than the time expected. Sauna and steam room were underwhelming. However, staff were overall friendly and nice.
Relaxing and luxurious wellness club. I enjoyed the Omorovicza Gold Hydralifting Facial. There were some unique components and high quality products were used. Overall, the atmosphere is peaceful. All the staff are helpful and friendly.
5 stars for the pedicure. 3 starts for front desk staff and zero stars for making it a comfortable stay. Doe the price- I would expect someone to ask if stay was well- they are understaffed. Someone should be a lead of customer relations and order food.
Fantastic experience. Best massage I’ve had in Fort Worth. Amenities (showers with aroma therapy, hot tub, sauna, aroma therapy room) all top notch. Service was also great both from front house (reception and locker room attendant) to therapists. My only notes: -we got a couples massage, which was essentially just a shared door between the rooms was open during the massage. So extra $$ just to open a door?
