I’ve been here several times before. On this visit the sauna wasn’t working. Part of why I choose Canyon Ranch is because I can hangout after my service and enjoy the additional amenities. I was disappointed to not have all the options available and no heads up prior to the appointment. The massages are always the BEST. The bathrooms/showers are very nice. Joey is a phenomenal massage therapist.
My experience was okay, not special or worthy of returning. After visiting other canyon ranches, I can confidently say this location is not representative of the brand expectations. Aesthetically, this location is ultra modern and sleek, resulting in an uninviting environment that is lacking of any character from a design standpoint. The spa is beautiful and Amber did a great job. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the parking. I am familiar with the area and thought it would be tough to park so I tried to get information before going. There is nothing to be found on the internet. This is easy to fix. 1) Add directions to the confirmation email you send out; 2) Add a paragraph about parking on your website. 3) Change the signs in the garage that say "reserved." I’ve held off on posting this as I’ve tried to give the spa a chance to return my calls, but I haven’t heard anything back, so here goes. My husband treated me to a spa day on my birthday in early February.
