This company was Incredibly helpful with my probate paperwork after my father died. Even though I was blundering around miscommunicating with everyone, they remained patient, helpful, friendly and professional. I paid them $550 to create custody modification paperwork. 3 weeks have gone by and I have yet to receive any paperwork. I hired them to help me fill out the paperwork correctly. I have received one email in 3 weeks. Still no paperwork. There Lack of communication is unprofessional. It takes 20 minutes for a paralegal to type up that kind of paperwork. I went in seeking temporary guardianship forms for my adult son. Somehow they completed permanent guardianship forms and did not complete the temporary guardianship. I was informed by the court clerk I was missing paperwork. When I called the canyon legal forms they argued they had completed the correct forms. Then they tell me they were not sure how long it would take to give me the correct ones. They also failed to let me know I needed to have the forms served.
