I'm now on my EIGHTH maintenance request for the SAME issue with the AC not blowing cold air. Every time they say it's fixed, only for the same issue to come back again. Clearly they are just putting a band-aid over the issue rather than resolving it. The whole unit likely needs to be replaced, but they're too cheap to do so. Living across the street from this place is not enjoyable unless you like yapping little dogs at 7am . One lady is not in control of her dog as she yaps on her phone while completing oblivious to her yapping dog . Management should get this under control.

Great location, quiet community, never really had a problem with Olympus Properties. Of course there are maintenance things that pop up but the team does a good job at communicating and getting things resolved.
My wife and I recently moved into our apartment and like moving into any new apartment there is always minor cosmetic or maintenance issue's. We reached out to the maintenance manager Ben and explained our 2 issue's. Ben set up a time to come over and promptly fixed one problem and had to order a part on the other issue. The part came in the following week and once again set up a time that would work for us. He fixed the problem and it was just that easy dealing with Ben.
