I have been here a couple of times and each time I have gone they have been so helpful and caring and make sure you get what you need. They have such a wonderful group of people who work here and I would recommend them to anyone in need!
I called Thursday the 12th and Marlene immediately stated "can't it wait" when I was seeking help, then told me to call back during business hours. Marlene then gave the phone over to Jessy whom claimed they had funds and they could help me with assistance. Jessy assured someone would call me and never did. Today, Monday the 15th I spoke with another individual whom was super condescending and threatened to hang up multiple times.
