After several visits and considerable consideration I am leaving feedback. The man I dealt with is knowledgeable, professional and honest. He can be rough on the edges (rightfully so) especially after hearing him talk on the phone and tell the person at the other end six or seven times that they need to bring in the coins or items for him to make an appraisal and they continue to press him for an over the phone quote.
