The staff here in Canyon, San Diego are very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed my order on Tuesday, and it was ready for pickup by Friday.
Got delivered a new Canyon Preceed:ON 'Comfort' 4 step-through. You sort of don't expect it -- as this is 'comfort' model supposedly -- but this handles perfect, rides perfect, best bike I've ever ridden and it's an e-bike. It looks, well, PROFESSIONAL. Normally a "Ribblerider", this one has basically superior characteristics all around, surprisingly. Doesn't come, this lesser model in the range, with lights, you have to add those. Have always been well treated. Today they for extra work to fix a creak in my bike.
I recently purchased a new Canyon Aeroroad custom bike at the Carlsbad store. I had previously purchased two mountain bikes for my 12 year old twins online. Since I was leveling up my purchase, I decided to walk in the store to check it out. I worked with Gavin and the rest of the Canyon team; the experience was amazing! Tested 2 bikes. Edurace and Aero. Cristobal (Cris) the guy assisted me is very patient and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up buying the bike I saved in my saved items (edurace). All the workers there are very nice, got free coffee and a sparkling water before leaving. I might buy the aero and I'll go there again just for the experience. 2 things that that bums me out is 1) bike is so good!!!
