Very kind people who care about bikes and getting people riding. Great facility. I didn't end up buying a Canyon though. They should consider airing up the shocks on their mountain bikes to fit rider's needs or keep a version for heavier riders. At 250 lbs I had way too much sag during my test ride and that got in the way of being able to determine if the bike was a good fit for me. New Bike Day at Canyon Showroom Carlsbad It was absolutely worth spending the $150 for the New Bike Day experience! Gavin and Andrea (from Rome) were extremely helpful and took their time walking me through every detail of my new mountain bike. They shared great tips, setup advice, and riding recommendations that made the whole experience even better. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and am already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you guys! 🙌🚴♂️

Got delivered a new Canyon Preceed:ON 'Comfort' 4 step-through. You sort of don't expect it -- as this is 'comfort' model supposedly -- but this handles perfect, rides perfect, best bike I've ever ridden and it's an e-bike. It looks, well, PROFESSIONAL. Normally a "Ribblerider", this one has basically superior characteristics all around, surprisingly. Doesn't come, this lesser model in the range, with lights, you have to add those.
