Me and my partner paid an appointment to get an assessment on January 27th. We spoke in a phone call of 35min with Inés Carmona. At the end of the call she asked for some paperwork that we provided. But she never replied back the emails to schedule a second call to go further with inquiries or the process we were looking for to start.
