Mark M was amazing and friendly to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the products carried in store and online. We never felt pressured to purchase like some other furniture stores and when we decided to proceed, he ensured we had a smooth and easy transaction.
Canvas and loft was excellent, but the people they contract with who came and set up the couch got it dirty setting it up. Thier hand were dirty. They need to carry wipes in their truck to clean their hands - one guy had gloves the other didnt. When paying 150$ for delivery and its white glove service I expect the couch to not be dirty with set-up. I already cleaned it off or I would have posted pictures. Did not appreciate that part of it.
I first bought furniture here in 2022 and recently again in 2026. Both times, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and prices were very reasonable. Quality is great and everything is holding up very well.
Lots of beautiful selections. Very friendly staff. Mark helped me with my sofa. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back again!
