I was searching for a specific piece of furniture, and the next closest location that had it was in Gainesville. I was really looking forward to visiting this store, but unfortunately, I didn’t even get the chance to browse. The environment felt very unwelcoming from the moment I walked in, and the store clerk’s attitude was noticeably rude. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if I didn’t belong there. It was disappointing, especially when you expect a pleasant shopping experience. Sadly, this left a very negative impression.
Very rude and unwelcoming environment. The lady at the counter needs more training on proper customer service. She is incredibly rude.
If I could give it a 0, I would. I walked in and the lady never greeted me, but was watching me the entire time. When I asked her for the price of an item, she told me “It’s on the tag.” Spoiler, it wasn’t. When she saw me struggling with finding the tag, she didn’t offer any assistance to locate the price. I put the item back and left. Nice items, but you can get it somewhere else/online without the unnecessary attitude of a 50yr old grumpy lady.
My boyfriend and I were out looking for furniture to get for our new home. We walked in to this location and the lady working didn’t bother to say hello, tell us her name or see what we were interested in. We had looked at some decor on a table and when I picked up a magazine she said “Those are free, take one.” As if we weren’t also looking to decorate our home.
