I have been banking with Canvas for several years and I recently visited the Brighton branch only a couple times. I will become a regular due to how great both my experiences were. The team member was very knowledgeable and shared some great information/advise, along with a short wait time and professionalism.
Today was the third time I went to this location and waited in the drive-through for more than 15 minutes before just leaving. I couldn’t go in because I have a broken foot so I figured I’d go through the drive-through but for some reason doing normal business working hours, they didn’t have anybody working in the drive-through this used to be a really good location. I won’t be back anymore..
