I’ve been with Canvas for about 5-7 years now. I’m a 50 year old black male. Generally speaking, Canvas has been a good place to bank. However, several times now I’ve deposited a larger sized check and got the maximum hold time for that check at the Brighton branch. This place is wonderful. The management is always attentive. The staff knows me by name. They have gone over and above. I have never had a poor experience here. You need to visit here again.
bank wasn't open yesterday because of a holiday. I was not able to make a transaction to keep my payment on time. ATM outside wasn't working. Very disappointing.
Walked into the branch & nobody acknowledged that I was there. All of the canvas workers looked at me & didn't say one word! I pretty have to go to canvas branches (because that's where I bank), but I'll make sure to never go there again!!!
