I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Cantu taxi service. I found it to be the most unhelpful taxi service I have ever used. I strongly advise all foreigners not to use this service, as the drivers do not speak English. My driver told me he would arrive in 4 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes, which wasted a significant amount of my time and energy.
I'm very happy with the service I've received from Cantu Tax over the last several years. They have been helpful, professional and courteous in all my dealings with them. I have even referred friends, family and clients to them and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I would confidently recommend Bob to anyone who is looking for professional, knowledgeable tax services.
