Very poor customer service. We agreed that I would collect a post box the day before my wedding. I turned up at the shop and it was closed. No answer on contact number. Eventually got through to a mobile number and they said that they had been trying to contact me? (All communication was done via Facebook messenger and I had no messages). They explained that the post box wouldn't be ready until the afternoon time. This didn't suit me as I nipped in to collect the post box on my way to our wedding venue and we are not local. ... read more
