Great location, nice upgrades to rooms. Food is mediocre at best and hot meals often served cold by the time they are all dished out. I feel badly for the residents at Canterbury eating what’s served. I realize budgets are affecting quality. Communication with registered staff also an issue and really needs improvement on many levels. There doesn’t appear to be any “Best Practices” for staff in place with many of the facilities processes. There is a lack of accountability at times.
