The Alexander Technique workshop was interesting, educational and also fun. Marieke is an engaging instructor who is able to explain the intricacies of how our bodies are put together with clarity using a variety of skeletal props. This is a workshop for everyone: singers, dancers, instrumentalists, actors as well as anyone who wants to move through life with ease and comfort. Very helpful for my singing and in my day to day life!
This was an informative and fun hands on workshop that gave me an overview of the Alexander Technique and how to apply it to my voice and instrument. Marieke is incredibly knowledgeable and clear in her instructions and explanations.
