I'd been with them for a few years, never had any issue with the service. I'm giving two stars because, despite my experience with Canquest, I don't foresee most going through what I went through with them, their prices are competitive, and the internet was, for me at least, incredibly good for the cost. I've been with them for about three years, never had any issue with the service, my internet was fairly decent for the price. However, after a fire in my building displaced me from my home on McNaughton Avenue West, the response from Canquest has been abysmal at best.
