I ordred a canpoy in June 2024. A $2000 deposit was taken on my credit card, but no receipt was given. Six months later, and four emails and six phone calls, I still do not have an ETA. The salesman says their "Owner" is responsible for ordering canopies "and has to sort out the mess." They will not admit they forgot to order the canopy. The company will not respond to my request for a refund of the deposit. Buyer beware.

Above and Beyond Service at Canopy West Truck Accessories! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Canopy West Truck Accessories. FARM BOY, JOB WELL DONE Lavern, is amazing. I was in need of accessories for my truck, he said he was gonna look around and call me, and within less than an hour he called back! Laverne was incredibly welcoming and kind. He were unable to find a canopy for my old Dodge, but was incredibly helpful and full of information. He showed me other canopies on craigslist that could work for my truck; you could tell he really cared.
