I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I sent in my camera for repair fully understanding there was a chance it might not be fixable—and I was completely okay with that. I was genuinely excited when I received an invoice confirming that it had been examined and could be repaired, so I paid the $450+ fee right away. Nice facility, good working environment, and a great staff.
Bought the image class MF743Cdw a few years ago. Worst printer I've owned. Should of stuck with my HP this I every 3-6 mths at least 1 feature starts to give error code while tyring to complete a simple scan to email. Then it's a whole lot of work to get it going again. Tech support wait time is diabolical over an hrs in a damn "queue". Wish I could give it back.
