If you are a small business, do NOT enter into a lease with Canon Financial Services. I will be filing a formal BBB complaint, as there is NO way they should have an A+ rating (I've read their allegedly resolved complaints, and it's shameful they've maintained this rating.) RUN FAST! Deceptive practices. I was charged for almost a year for services and equipment despite turning in the equipment! Then on top of that they tacked on over thirteen hundred dollars in fees! Its like jumping through hoops to get an answers. My whole experience with them was a nightmare.

Canon has been the most difficult, frustrating, and horrible company to work with. From the time i began my lease on a copier, i have had nothing but problems. They are a nightmare to work with and to get out of my lease they want $40,000. I am a small business owner and this whole thing has been a nightmare. Canon attempted to charge bogus late fees in almost half the invoices we received. They also made up fees upon cancellation that existed nowhere in the contract. They are likely banking on the fact that most larger business probably overlook these. The A+ rating is a joke.

Be aware!! We have never been told this lease was non-cancellable until we called for cancelation. they told us it's on the lease. Yes, we signed the 60 months lease back in 2017 but it's actually not on the first page of the lease which most of important information is on, the rep. even had to put me on a long hold to find the "non-cancellable" part on the lease when I asked and it was on the page you need a magnifying glass to read. if the salesperson told us it's non-cancellable, we wouldn't have signed this contract! so ... read more

Used Canon for 10+ years for a lease. Did not need copier any longer, they will not pick it up, even thought they delivered it. Our location is GA they want it returned to NY. Would not recommend this company.
