Cannonburgh agreed to do business and received deposit two weeks before the move and canceled on me four days before the move. Very unpleasant experience.

I would not recommend them for a move. I asked them to move all large furniture from our home and any boxes that I had packed. they were slow, unprofessional, and didn't do even the basics of moving (which is floor and door protection). Two times I had to ask them to move on to different tasks because they were moving so slow. After 11 hours and doing maybe 75% of the work we had originally asked they finally left my house. These guys moved our furniture today and did a great job!!! They were on time, organized, and efficient.

The packing and loading/unloading crews were great. We were told we could pay with a cashiers check or credit card but when it came time to pay with a credit card they said it would be 3% extra for the transaction fee...several hundred dollars! So we had to drive 60 miles to meet a family member at their bank to get a cashiers check. Big hassle that could have been prevented if they had told us about the transaction fee up front.
