I went to to John cannon to file my taxes March 16, 2026 he told me okay 2 weeks it’s now April 12, 2026 I’ve been waiting almost a month for my tax return. He never answers any phone calls I’ve called and left a voicemail 3-4 times already. I paid him on good Friday mind you he charged me $325 very overpriced and he told me okay 2 weeks. Worst tax preparer ever!!!!! Did not file my 2022 taxes and never calls me back! He never gives us back any paperwork I had to pay late fees and penalties for my 2023 taxes also!

Brought our tax documents to him in February and had to keep coming back to follow up to see if he filed. Turns out he lied and said it was done. He didn't file until September and didn't inform us so we got hit with a huge late fee from the IRS. On top of that he refuses to give a copy of the filed forms

Filed my taxes late without informing he was going to do so. I was charged $600 late fee from the IRS. He refuses to provide me with the completed documents or answer any phone calls.
