I filed CH 13 paid all payments even after my job ended. I was paid up contacted Cannons office told paralegal I no longer had a job and sent all payments in. She then said call me when you get a job. I called 2 weeks later spoke to second paralegal he said you have a credit in payments don't worry you are fine. One week later gave new job check stub to her by early March 2016 I'm received a letter of Motion to Dismiss failure to make payments. I then contacted 1st paralegal next day wondering why?
