I recently started using this service, and I truly feel that the owners are open and honest about their business and their commitment to the children’s safety. From the first time my husband and I met the Cannons, they made us feel right at home. My children feel comfortable with them and always mention that the ride was good and that they look forward to the ride home. Communication regarding safety concerns has been open and consistent from Mrs. Cee, which makes me feel confident and comfortable using their services.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this transportation company. After using their service for years, recent experiences have raised serious concerns about safety and communication. My son was involved in an incident where the van hit another vehicle, and parents were not informed. I only learned about it directly from my child. When I brought the situation to the owner, instead of acknowledging the concern, the response denied what happened and implied that we were being untruthful. When I called Cannonball Transportation The professionalism that I receive was excellent when I went to meet and greet Missy was very professional. She asked questions. I asked questions and I got the answers that I needed it. My grandson has enjoyed riding with Mr. Forest far as the Driver. He is excellent with the kids and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
