Terrible. My husband and I attempted to have this company file our taxes. We went in person and discussed with an employee what we wanted (filing separately, compare who should claim our daughter, etc). My husband had already uploaded all of his documents to their portal and I provided mine to them in person. I asked roughly the cost to file our taxes with them and do all of this work to which the woman responded “I’m not sure, but no more than $200, I’m sure”. That was on March 9th.
