After a piriformis injury 8 years ago I went to see Nicky to initially help with my recovery. I am still going now to manage my weakened and damaged muscle and to avoid further issues. Highly recommended.

I'm a runner of 30 years and I needed help with tight hamstring and old injury and booked in with Nicci. Very pleased with the results. Nicci took time to ascertain possible causes with different stretches etc and when hands on with sports massage immediately found problem areas of scar tissue which she worked on and eased the issue. More importantly I know I can self manage with massage gun and return monthly for a professional sports massage ensuring my running continues. Thank you.
