Super honest and down to earth. I had an issue with my road bike where the lower gears just didn't shift. I thought it was going to cost quite abit. Then 3 days later after I came over to pick it up Ross said it was free. He could've taken advantage and charged me whatever amount and I offered to pay at least something but he refused. I wasn't sure what sort of bike I needed to commute 12k to work. Ross was extremely helpful in spending time discussing options and I tried a couple he thought would be good for me. I bought a Fuji road bike and have been delighted with it. Bought a few other bits to go with it as well. Great service, very helpful and dare i say it but good old fashioned service. Highly recommended.
I've always had good service here. The man boss has always been pleasant and willing to assist.
