I have been working with Marc’s team for 5 years with multiple transactions. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Every transaction went smoothly. The last one was 1031 exchange in the beginning of this month. He coordinated the selling and buying process in a timely fashion. Needless to say the process was very successful. The office is lacking basic professionalism and respect for prospect customers. Stay away if you don't want to waste your time or be insulted. I called to inquire about their practice whether they support legal documents review for franchise resell including letter of intent and purchase agreement. These are fairly standard questions.
