I was cautiously iffy at first because their selection is hella small compared to other dispensaries, but I've come to realize that everything they have is quality, top to bottom shelf. The staff are knowledgable and have provided me with such consistent recommendations that I don't even question a new brand anymore. Customer service starts to disappear unless your tipping consistently or buying overpriced weed , I bought some prerolls that are in glass containers and they gave me one that was broken from the inside where you open the container and they have also got my order wrong before so beware they might sell.
