Ben and the rest of the team at Cannaverse are awesome!! They are incredibly knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to recommendations or stock inquiries. I like the product request sheet so if you don’t find what you’re looking for, they’ll do their best to get it in for you. Very professional and kind. My favourite dispensary by far. "I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. An employee was exceptionally rude when I simply asked for his name to provide a review, refusing to give it to me. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I'm left with the impression that there may be a problem with racist attitudes among some staff members."
basically went for a blunt, they had nothing in joints, I couldn't understand at first and asked them three diff questions in terms of types, basically got scolded out for no reason, I don't know what their point is, never be rude to a loyal customer if customer is nice and just asking, I mean that is the point of even having a business right
I walked into this shop not knowing I had to stop at the front because the signs were barely visible. Instead of politely informing me, the person working there was rude and disrespectful, immediately saying they couldn’t serve me. It was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I won’t be coming back.
