I want to update my rating to 5 stars as this would've been the case prior to 1 week ago. The Ancaster location is my go-to shop for all cannabis products - Katherine is fantastic and knows me well, she's always friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving 3 stars for now is because a week ago my order was missing 2 items and I haven't been able to get in touch with the store to address this - their phone line is still not working, it's been about 3 weeks now. As always Katherine took care of me again today. Her sweet bubbly personality always makes a stop in at cannaverse worth it. She is so knowledgeable and is always so polite. As someone in management myself....a team full of Katherine's would be a dream!!! Keep it up!!!!
1. No screens available to search inventory 2. No inventory on display 3. Minimal stock of pre-rolls Was told to go to another store? Place is a joke. Way too many dispensaries around to settle for this
