I’ve been coming to this store for 4 years, and it’s hands down the best in Kelowna! The team is always so knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. They make every visit a great experience.

Ron was extremely helpful. I will keep coming back to the store and spending my money because Ron is working there.
The staff was helpful in offering suggestions, and I appreciated the time taken to assist me. I showed this by leaving a 20 percent tip as a result of my gratitude. However, I did mention a three times that I’m taking a break from smoking, (and clarified by sharing my process in that revelation) so I was a little uncomfortable when the conversation kept circling back to placing a smoke order. I know the intention was good, but it would have felt better to have that boundary honored.
