Ashlee was an absolute dime everyone in the store so so helpful and patient, they answered all my questions 100% will be returning!
I purchased an oil product and needed to return it in exchange for a new one. The staff member opened two additional packages trying to find a suitable replacement, but neither resolved the issue. He then paused the process to call his manager, without giving me a clear timeline for how long the wait would be. When I said I couldn’t wait much longer, a refund was suggested and I agreed. Fantastic customer service at this location! Matt and Ashlee always know just what to recommend for me and are so kind and friendly when I come through! I believe there are discount days or times for certain items so be sure to ask! Highly recommend if you're in Kelowna
