Front desk lady was really rude and misinformed, was asked to leave the premises cause I didnt have a certificate for this exact location. Which has never been the case, you get one certificate for the whole state and just need to make an account at the dispensary. After back n forth, I was able to purchase my medication. Pretty disappointing that I had to inform the staff of the laws they should be following. This put a sour start to my birthday vacation and I wont be returning. Dealing with Erika today & the rest of the team members was a pleasure just like every time I go in there. It's always a great time. They all make you feel comfortable.
Front office staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. I renewed my cert on a leap year last year and it was a big mess (on my end) trying to get the paperwork to them. The woman that helped me (love your red glasses!) was fantastic and reassured me that we would get everything done and is be able to get everything I needed that day. Once I was able to order, the service was swift and attentive!
