Lost a customer, bought a puffco been wanting one for a while and I figured may as well buy the extra chamber and such, before purchasing I asked if both parts were correct for that piece new to the experience I didn’t know, well after spending 300 bucks I get home and realize one part does not go to that puffco, when I called instead of offering to refund the piece they told me to bring in the puffco so they can try and figure it out, not bringing something that expensive back for yall to break, since yall clearly do not kn... read more
