Great customer service 💯
Selling a customer the wrong product is completely unacceptable especially when it seems to be on purpose, but bragging about it on social media like it’s funny or something to be proud of makes it even worse. This isn’t a joke or a “cool” story.... It's careless, unprofessional, and shows a serious lack of respect for your customers. I have visited and bought from this store before but after seeing this post online, I no longer feel comfortable to do so. Outrageous and she should be held accountable!!!
Terrible customer service. Had a bad vap leaked as soon as I got it . Went back no manager to help said to come back . Made me feel like I had to defend myself over their garbage product . I just wanted an exchange for a working product . Never go here . There so many better places that would never treat a customer this way . Prices are crap to.
