I am a loyal, long-time regular at this location, and the usual staff know me by name. Yesterday, I had the single worst customer service experience of my life. I walked in to find a new employee (assuming she’s new, I’ve never seen her before) named Kaydence sleeping on the job. After waking her up, I asked for a 5-pack of pre-rolls. New management is terrible. No accountability for providing incorrect info on products and then blames the customer for listening to their advice. Quality and product availability has went downhill over the year. Wont be returning.
Extremely rude young lady in large black glasses working. From the moment me and my husband walked through the door. Very unsure why she is working in an establishment if she is so unhappy that it's leaking onto customers. Will definitely not be back
